Q.What is the hiring process?
A.Many positions are immediately available. Once you are hired, it takes about two weeks to complete the “onboarding” process (drug screening, background check, etc). Contact us to submit a resume
Q.When can I expect my performance to be reviewed, and what is the process for evaluation?
A.Employee performance is reviewed constantly through feedback from managers. We also have annual Employee Management Performance Assessments.

Q.Can I get my Professional Engineer’s License with Pike
A.Yes. We also provide mentoring.
Q.Does Pike Electric offer tuition reimbursement?
A.Tuition reimbursement is available on a case-by-case basis.
Q.Do you offer internships/co-ops?
A.Yes. We accept resumes for summer internships from undergraduate and graduate students. Our internship program is an excellent way to gain exposure to our company and the industry. We also use the program to identify future Engineers. Contact us to submit a resume.
